Con motivo de la celebración del día internacional de la paella, EcologicVal organizó el pasado día 20 de septiembre en Picassent un acto cuyo principal atractivo es la elaboración de una paella cocinada íntegramente con productos ecológicos de la huerta valenciana para sus trabajadores con diversidad funcional.
La paella fue preparada para un total de ciento cincuenta comensales entre trabajadores de la empresa y autoridades invitadas. Salvador López, director gerente, organizó este evento para sumarse a los actos que homenajeaban nuestro plato más típico en el día internacional de la paella, reivindicando el producto de la tierra cultivado de forma totalmente ecológica y mostrando su compromiso activo con el cuidado del medioambiente.
Una carpa gigante montada la en la localidad de Picassent, frente al horno totalmente ecológico que la empresa tiene en la calle Raimon, sirvió de escenario para la elaboración y degustación de esta paella. El experto cocinero Paco Brocal asumió el reto de elaborar elaborar esta gran paella.
Con el horno panadería homologado con certificación ecológica que tiene en Picassent, la empresa sigue invirtiendo en salud, ecología y medioambiente para hacer realidad el objetivo de mantener nuestras tradiciones innovando de una manera sostenible.
